- 500g (1 lb) ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- ½ cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 8 taco shells or tortillas

Instructions
- Cook beef: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up, until browned (about 5 minutes). Drain excess fat.
- Add aromatics: Add diced onion and garlic to the beef. Cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Season: Stir in taco seasoning and beef broth. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until liquid is mostly absorbed. Season with salt and pepper.
- Warm shells: While beef cooks, warm taco shells in the oven or tortillas on a griddle.
- Assemble tacos: Fill each shell with seasoned beef, then top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and cilantro.
- Serve: Serve hot with lime wedges and your favorite salsa. Enjoy immediately!
